Event Participation Agreement – Please Read Carefully

Before attending this event or session, please confirm your agreement to the following terms. Your participation signifies full understanding and acceptance of these conditions.
1. Refund Policy & Payment
I understand that all event/session fees must be paid in full prior to attendance. I acknowledge there are no refunds within 30 days of the scheduled date.

2. Personal Preparation
I accept full responsibility for preparing adequately for this experience, including:
  • Wearing comfortable clothing suitable for movement
  • Bringing writing materials for personal reflection
  • Bringing sufficient food and water for my needs
3. Code of Conduct
I agree to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the event.
  • No rude, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated
  • Intoxication or illegal substance use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal
4. Personal Belongings
I understand that Karina’s Lighthouse is not responsible for any personal belongings. I will take care to keep valuables safe.

5. Voluntary Participation & Risk
I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk. I release and indemnify Karina’s Lighthouse, its team, affiliates, and collaborators from any and all liability, claims, demands, or proceedings connected with my participation. This release extends to my heirs, successors, and personal representatives.

6. Intellectual Property
I understand that any recordings or written materials shared during this event are the property of Karina’s Lighthouse (or their respective authors). I agree not to duplicate, share, or use these materials without prior written permission.

7. Photography & Recording
I understand that this event may be photographed or recorded for future marketing or educational use.
  • I agree that my image or voice may be included
  • If I do not wish to appear in any footage, I will notify the team prior to the event so accommodations can be made
  • I will not record any portion of the event without written permission
8. Personal Responsibility & Wellbeing
I take full responsibility for my own wellbeing throughout the event. I agree to:
  • Be at cause for my experience
  • Show up with presence and integrity
  • Refrain from drug or alcohol use during the event (and understand I will be asked to leave if under the influence)
9. Medical & Psychological Fitness
I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate.
  • I am not aware of any medical or psychological condition that would interfere with my participation or negatively impact others
  • If I become aware of any such condition, I will inform a Karina’s Lighthouse team member
  • By continuing to participate, I accept all related risks and agree to these terms
By attending this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the above.
