There are no refunds 30 days prior to the scheduled event/session date, and all fees must be paid in full before the event or session.

Participants are responsible for preparing adequately. This includes, but is not limited to, wearing comfortable clothing suitable for movement, bringing writing materials for note-taking, and ensuring you have enough food and water for the duration of the event.

Participants must behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. No rude, inappropriate, or uncivilized behavior will be tolerated. Intoxication or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the event.

Karina’s Lighthouse is not responsible for any personal belongings. Participants are encouraged to keep valuables secured at all times.

My participation in this event is voluntary and at my own risk. I release and indemnify Karina’s Lighthouse, its agents, affiliates, employees, members, sponsors, promoters, and any person or organization associated with Karina’s Lighthouse from all liability, claims, demands, and proceedings connected with my participation. This release and indemnity remain in effect indefinitely and bind my heirs, successors, executors, and personal representatives.

Any and all recordings or written materials presented as part of this event are the property of Karina’s Lighthouse or their respective authors. Duplication or use of these materials without prior written permission is not allowed.

This event may be recorded or photographed for future marketing and/or product purposes. I agree that my image or voice may be used for these purposes.
(If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please let our team know prior to completing this form, and we will ensure you are not included in any footage.)

No individual video or audio recording is permitted. I agree not to record any part of the event without prior consent.

I am participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for my own wellbeing throughout the event. I agree to be at cause (take full responsibility) for my experience.

I confirm that I am a healthy and stable individual, and I do not have any medical or psychological conditions that would impair my ability to participate or that could negatively affect the experience of other participants.

I will not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the event. I understand that if I am intoxicated, I will be asked to leave and agree to do so.

I agree to hold Karina’s Lighthouse harmless for any choices I make during or after the event.

I acknowledge that I understand the risks associated with this event and affirm that I am physically fit to participate. I have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.

I am not aware of any medical condition, injury, or impairment that would be detrimental to my health if I participate. If I become aware of such a condition, I will inform a Karina’s Lighthouse team member immediately. By continuing to participate, I accept all risks and agree to remain bound by the terms of this agreement.
