So my Reclaim Your Radiance session with Karina was amazing. We chatted about what I want to get out of my life. I was really confused about where my direction was. I had things spreading out in all different areas in my life and just didn’t know where my focus should be and I was feeling really confused about that, and she enabled me to see where my light is shining and really helped guide quite a clear path, which has helped me make decisions in cutting down things in my life that aren’t serving me and my purpose.
She also enabled me to see what was holding me back and where my triggers of failure and self-doubt come from. And we did a really awesome meditation where I was really able to hand a lot of that stuff back and honestly it was huge! I felt really off-kilter afterwards, really anxious because I had just unlocked this stuff inside of me that I had no idea was there. But with a little bit of extra time and a little bit of more support I’ve been able to really move through that and seeing that blockage there and then being able to effectively deal with that has been really life-changing for me in enabling me to just be my true authentic self and keep focused on the right path for me and my family. Doing that has brought a lot more joy and contentment and calmness and real fulfillment to my life. And that trickles down to the rest of the family and then it also comes back to me- it’s this big circular thing.
Also amazingly after this session, I felt actual physical healing too. So I’ve had bad hip pain for 12 years (since being pregnant with my first daughter) and after handing back stuff that was never mine to carry, my hip pain is completely gone.
I’ve done physio, chiro, taken pain medications for years for this pain! And now it’s gone, and has been gone for about 3 months now!! So amazing.
And Karina also wrote me this really amazing affirmation that I have printed out and I keep in my bathroom and I look at it every single day and that helps keep me focused. At the moment it’s a little bit by a little bit but the big goal out there is so clear to me now, which helps direct me every day. Thank you

My path is clear. All I had to do was let go, get out of the way. What is meant for me is always finding its way to me, I simply had to trust.
My most innate and peaceful sense of self has been illuminated thanks to my multi-layered experience in the Woman Reignited Program.
Releasing the grip and deep desire of control over my life, through alchemizing anger, visiting my inner child and finding new ways to move energy/emotions through my body; all of what I wanted, wanted me too.
